In May 2010, The Lupercio Gamboa family was very happy to receive guests at the opening of Olio Bistro located in the Sao Paulo Plaza offering a new concept of Mediterranean food to their customers.

The bistro offers a pleasant space for 100 diners where guests can enjoy exquisite selections.
The name of the restaurant, Olio Bistro, brings us Olive Oil as
the basis for the preparation of a variety of dishes from Italy,
Spain, France and Greece.
The wine cellar (displayed in Vintage View Wine Racks) offers about 150 labels including champagne for your tasting delights.
