  • COLOR:  Straw-yellow colored wine with greenish nuances
  • AROMA:  Fruity and shiny fragrance with hints of golden apples and white peach
  • PALATE:  Medium bodied, balanced and fresh
  • ACCOMPANIMENT:  Particularly suited for antipasto, first and second fish dishes such as risotto with scampi, spaghetti with clams, sole with white wine and all shellfishes
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE:  Serve at 10-12° C.

MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO DOC

  • COLOR: Deep Red Ruby Color
  • AROMA:  Fresh aromas of red fruits
  • PALATE:  Soft and round in the mouth
  • ACCOMPANIMENT: Excellent with grilled meats and BBQ.  Perfect accompaniment for red meats, pastas, and cheeses.
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve 14-16 C.

VALPOLICELLA DOC
 

  • REGION: Valpolicella, Italy
  • COLOR: Ruby red
  • GRAPE: Corvina (70%), Rondinella (20%), Corvinone (10%)
  • AROMA:  Clean fragrances of wild cherries and plums.
  • PALATE:  A dry well-bodied wine, with round tannins and a long tasty finish.
  • ACCOMPANIMENT:  Pairs well with risotto all'Amarone or tagliatelle ai porcini, pot roasts, rack of lamb and fresh cheeses
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE:  Serve at 14-16° C.

Kemonia Nero d'Avola-Shiraz IGT
 

  • REGION: Northwestern Sicily in Southern Italy
  • COLOR: Intense ruby red color with deep purple hues
  • GRAPE: A perfect combination of softy and fruity Nero d'Avola grape with the spiciness and high concentration of the Shiraz grape.
  • AROMA: Elegant hint of berries, spices and liquorice
  • PALATE: Full-bodied persistence with a velvety, buttery finish on the palate
  • ACCOMPANIMENT: Ideal with full-flavored meat dishes, such as roast pork with juniper berries or medium-seasoned cheeses.
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE:  Serve at 16-18° C.
