  • REGION: Languedoc, France
  • YEAR: 2005
  • GRAPE: Carignan black
  • COLOR: Bright and limpid red color
  • AROMA:  Powerful and expressive nose, with fresh woody fruit aromas (blackberries, wild strawberries) leading to spices and licorice notes.
  • PALATE: The first taste is ripe, fresh and balanced ending on fresh fruit notes (white cherry). The harmony, fat and freshness of this wine are indicators of its youth.
  • ACCOMPANIMENTS: Serve with roasted bell peppers, grilled lamb, cheese, chocolate cake. 
  • Serve between 8-12 C.
