CABERNET SAUVIGNON
  • GRAPE: Cabernet Sauvignon
  • COLOR: Ruby-like color
  • AROMA: Bright, fruity with black plum and blackberry aromas.
  • PALATE: This medium-bodied Cabernet has the blackberry and cherry fruit typical of the varietal with an added bonus of a hint of vanilla and touch of spice that complement the bright fruit and the supple laid-back tannins.
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE:  Between 14-15°C
  • ACCOMPANIMENTS:  Try it with roast turkey and stuffing, baked Virginia ham or a creamy risotto with squash, blue cheese and pecans.

 

PETITE SIRAH
  • GRAPE:  Petite Sirah
  • COLOR:  Inky, almost black, purple in color
  • AROMA:  Aromas of blackberry jam.
  • PALATE:  Soft and very fruity with blueberry pie filling flavors, a bit of white pepper and no tannins to speak of.
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE:  Between 14-15°C
  • ACCOMPANIMENTS: Ideal with red meat and pizza.

 

MERLOT
  • GRAPE: 100% Merlot
  • COLOR: Red
  • AROMA:  Ripe red fruits, intense, with eucalyptus notes
  • PALATE:  Palate-pleasing notes of black cherry, wild berry and plum. Each sip is medium-bodied and soft on the tongue. Light and refreshing.  Soft with layers of cherry and bright cedar.
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE:  Between 14-15°C
  • ACCOMPANIMENTS:  Ideal with Chinese food, pastas and white meats.

 

ZINFANDEL
  • GRAPE: 100% Zinfandel
  • COLOR:  Popular blush color.
  • AROMA:  Lightly Sweet. The aromas are refreshing and lots of flavors of strawberries with floral notes.
  • PALATE:  Light and refreshing, with a pronounced sweetness and apricot notes.
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 10-12°C.
  • ACCOMPANIMENTS:  Full flavored foods are what go best with this wine. Roasted meats, hearty stews, are perfect choices to complement this wine. White meat, game, pizza, spicy dishes, Chinese cuisine, and Thai cuisine.
Crane Lake Pino Grigio

 

PINOT GRIGIO
  • GRAPE: Pino Gris/Pinot Grigio
  • COLOR:  Pale, straw-yellow in color.
  • AROMA:  Nose has a sweet, pear and honeysuckle with cantaloupe like melon smell, a hint of hot apple pie.
  • PALATE:  Pear and melon come through on taste with a touch of under ripe granny smith apple, slightly sweet floral balanced with a touch of acid, a splash of dryness, some oak coming out on finish.
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 10-12°C
  • ACCOMPANIMENTS: Ideal as an aperitif or as an exceptional accompaniment to seafood's, shellfish, soups, grilled white meats and aged cheeses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

SAUVIGNON BLANC
  • GRAPE:  100% Sauvignon Blanc
  • COLOR:  White
  • AROMA:  Slightly citric, floral and refreshingly sour. A hint of vanilla.
  • PALATE: The initial taste has a somewhat spicy sweetness that is not at all too sweet. Harmonic, crispy, strong acid flavor, however balanced with residual sugar (due to low temp. at the end of fermentation).
  • RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE:  Between 10-12°C
  • ACCOMPANIMENTS:  Ideal with white meat, fresh seafood, sea bass, or ceviche.
