straw-yellow in color.
- AROMA: Nose
has a sweet, pear and honeysuckle with
cantaloupe like melon smell, a hint of
hot apple pie.
- PALATE: Pear
and melon come through on taste with a
touch of under ripe granny smith
apple, slightly sweet floral balanced
with a touch of acid, a splash of
dryness, some oak coming out on
finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 10-12°C
- ACCOMPANIMENTS:
Ideal as an aperitif or as an
exceptional accompaniment to
seafood's, shellfish, soups, grilled
white meats and aged cheeses.

BLANC

Sauvignon Blanc
- COLOR: White
- AROMA:
Slightly citric, floral and
refreshingly sour. A hint of vanilla.
- PALATE: The initial
taste has a somewhat spicy sweetness
that is not at all too sweet.
Harmonic, crispy, strong acid flavor,
however balanced with residual sugar
(due to low temp. at the end of
fermentation).
- RECOMMENDED
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 10-12°C
- ACCOMPANIMENTS: Ideal
with white meat, fresh seafood, sea bass, or ceviche.
